Macarthur Excavations is fully licensed and insured in Demolition and Asbestos Removal and specialises in the demolition of houses and swimming pools. We can liaise directly with your construction company or you as the client. We are there to serve you from the beginning to the end, from the initial DA application to council to the supply of the final clearance certificate on completion.

Macarthur Excavations can provide waste disposal management plans, statements of environmental effects and safe work method plans devised specifically for the demolition of your property, these documents are requested by council as part of your application. We will do it all, so that you don’t have to think about it.

We currently work with many major building companies in NSW demolishing the existing structures and preparing their clients sites for the construction of their new home.

All materials are sorted on site and recycled to the fullest of its ability. Macarthur Excavations will always leave your site clean and tidy. We also offer to give you copies of all disposal receipts for your own personal records or for council records, this gives you the peace of mind that the waste material from your property has been disposed of in accordance with your DA Conditions and the Environmental Protection Authority.

Once all the debris has been cleared from your site, we then begin preparing your site by levelling the soil in order to contour to the natural slope of the land. In doing so, we allow your builders and surveyors quick and easy access to your site to start marking out your project.
